When ordering a prescription by telephone, online or via our automated service please nominate a pharmacy to collect your prescription. Please allow an additional 48 hours before collecting from pharmacy.
Repeat Prescriptions
These can be ordered after 10.00am in person, by phone, in writing, through your local pharmacy or by following the link to the online form and doing the simple, one-off registration.
If you wish to order by answer phone please dial 9080 8200, during telephone operating hours, and follow the relevant options. You may also order by internet. Please contact reception for details.
Acute Prescriptions
These are done on a daily basis, mornings and evenings.

Please allow two full working days before collecting your prescriptions and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
If you require your medication early for holidays you maybe asked to provide a copy of your holiday documentation for clarification. Please contact Reception and they will advise you.
If your prescription has been lost you maybe asked to contact the PSNI and report the incident, there will be circumstances we will require the police number before further medication is issued. Please contact Reception and they will advise you.
