Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Test Results

Results of blood tests, smears, x-rays etc can be obtained by telephoning or by calling into reception between 10.30am and 4.00pm.

If you wish to register with our practice, contact reception. They will explain the details of the registration process and make a new patient appointment for you.

Please note your postal address must be within a five mile radius, if you are unsure the practice has a tool which enables them to identify the area.
